El agua absorbe una gran cantidad de calor del aire para evaporarse. Como resultado de este intercambio entre el aire y el agua, la temperatura del aire disminuye. Este proceso de enfriamiento de aire utiliza mucha menos energ\u00eda que los procesos de refrigeraci\u00f3n tradicionales utilizados por los sistemas de aire acondicionado t\u00edpicos.<\/p>\n<p>Un enfriador de panel de contacto b\u00e1sicamente utiliza este principio para enfriar el aire caliente forz\u00e1ndolo a pasar a trav\u00e9s de una gran superficie de panel inorg\u00e1nico que se humedece con agua (funciona como una esponja). En este tipo de enfriamiento no se consume energ\u00eda para evaporar el agua. El panel en s\u00ed tiene una ca\u00edda de presi\u00f3n de aire que representar\u00e1 un peque\u00f1o aumento en el consumo de energ\u00eda de los ventiladores, y se utiliza una peque\u00f1a bomba de circulaci\u00f3n para distribuir el agua a trav\u00e9s de los paneles. El consumo total de energ\u00eda resultante de la ca\u00edda de presi\u00f3n de aire adicional y la bomba de recirculaci\u00f3n de agua no es significativo en el consumo total de energ\u00eda del sistema de enfriamiento del centro de procesamiento de datos.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00bb1\/3&#8243;][vc_empty_space][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=\u00bb10350&#8243; img_size=\u00bbfull\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][vc_separator][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=\u00bb1\/2&#8243;]<h2 class=\"box-header\">Donde funciona el enfriamiento por evaporaci\u00f3n<\/h2>[vc_column_text]El efecto de enfriamiento evaporativo est\u00e1 directamente asociado con la capacidad del aire para absorber agua. En otras palabras, depende de la diferencia entre la temperatura del bulbo seco y la temperatura del bulbo h\u00famedo. Cuanto mayor es la diferencia, mayor es el efecto de enfriamiento. El enfriamiento evaporativo puede reducir significativamente, o incluso a veces eliminar, los equipos de enfriamiento por compresor en los centros de datos, dependiendo de las condiciones del aire interior y exterior y del tipo de soluci\u00f3n de enfriamiento implementada.<\/p>\n<p>Dicho esto, hay algunos lugares en el mundo que son m\u00e1s adecuados para el uso de enfriamiento evaporativo que otros. La temperatura del bulbo h\u00famedo establecer\u00e1 la temperatura m\u00ednima te\u00f3rica a que se puede enfriar el aire durante el proceso de enfriamiento por evaporaci\u00f3n, suponiendo que la eficiencia de saturaci\u00f3n del proceso sea del 100%. Es por eso muy importante considerar la distribuci\u00f3n de la temperatura exterior de bulbo h\u00famedo en todo el mundo para identificar los lugares m\u00e1s adecuados para el uso del enfriamiento por evaporaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo general, para las aplicaciones del centro de procesamientos de datos, se considera que las ubicaciones donde la temperatura del bulbo h\u00famedo es &gt; 25<sup>o<\/sup>C tienen un bajo potencial para implementar soluciones de enfriamiento evaporativo.[\/vc_column_text][vc_message]<a href=\"https:\/\/fisair.com\/es\/contacto\/\">Para m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n contacte con uno de nuestros expertos.<\/a>[\/vc_message][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00bb1\/2&#8243;][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=\u00bb14950&#8243; img_size=\u00bblarge\u00bb alignment=\u00bbright\u00bb][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][vc_separator][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]<h2 class=\"box-header\">Requisitos de enfriamiento del centro de procesamiento de datos<\/h2>[vc_column_text]El Comit\u00e9 T\u00e9cnico ASHRAE 9.9 (TC9.9) emiti\u00f3 la 4a edici\u00f3n (2015) de las gu\u00edas t\u00e9rmicas para centros de procesamiento de datos donde se definen los requisitos de enfriamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Esta nueva envoltura con rangos de operaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s amplios respalda la introducci\u00f3n de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas de ahorro de energ\u00eda como el enfriamiento gratuito (tambi\u00e9n conocido como free-cooling y\/o economizadores) y el uso de soluciones de enfriamiento evaporativo.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, una representaci\u00f3n de los diferentes rangos (A1 a A4, ambos recomendados y permitidos) con las especificaciones para enfriamiento por aire.<\/p>\n<p>Aprovechando que las \u00faltimas generaciones de equipos de distribuci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica y TI funcionan con temperaturas cada vez m\u00e1s altas mientras mantienen altas tasas de fiabilidad, los centros de procesamiento de datos ahora usan temperaturas de impulsi\u00f3n de aire enfriado m\u00e1s altas, mientras mantienen el \u2206T habitual (impulsi\u00f3n\/retorno), lo que permite en muchos casos que la temperatura del aire de impulsi\u00f3n durante los picos de verano (que representan en algunos casos un porcentaje muy peque\u00f1o de horas \/ a\u00f1o) desv\u00ede de los valores recomendados a los valores permitidos por ASHRAE (muchas de las veces dentro del rango A1).<\/p>\n<p>Esto permite que los centros de datos implementen soluciones de enfriamiento de alta eficiencia energ\u00e9tica, con cifras de efectividad de uso de energ\u00eda muy bajas y, en algunos casos, permitiendo que el centro de datos funcione sin \u201cenfriamiento por compresor\u201d.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][vc_separator][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]<h3 class=\"box-header\">Eficiencia energ\u00e9tica<\/h3>[vc_column_text]El PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) es una m\u00e9trica que determina la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica en un centro de datos.
