Il ne faut pas oublier que tant qu\u2019il existe des poches d&rsquo;eau, l\u2019humidit\u00e9 relative ne baissera pas.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c0 cause du grand nombre de vannes qui agissent sur une position diff\u00e9rente de celle de l\u2019exploitation et des machines qui se vident, c\u2019est de loin le syst\u00e8me qui investit le plus de temps pour sa conservation face \u00e0 un d\u00e9marrage rapide.<\/li>\n<li>Cela exige une proc\u00e9dure de conservation tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise en vue de raccourcir les d\u00e9lais.<\/li>\n<li>La proc\u00e9dure \u00e9tablie permet d\u2019effectuer la conservation de ces machines \u00e0 l\u2019unisson et de mani\u00e8re \u00e9chelonn\u00e9e, ce qui facilite l\u2019exploitabilit\u00e9. \u00c0 la fin du processus, toutes les machines et sous-syst\u00e8mes ont communiqu\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Les d\u00e9shumidificateurs sont utilis\u00e9s indistinctement pour plusieurs sous-syst\u00e8mes et \u00e9quipements \u00e0 conserver. Ils sont pour cela dot\u00e9s de coupe-tirages individuels qui permettent cette versatilit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Dans le segments les plus \u00e9loign\u00e9s du d\u00e9shumidificateur de chaque circuit, ou dans les parties hautes des machines en conservation, il convient qu\u2019il y a un \u00ab \u00e9chappement \u00bb continu d\u2019air sec.<\/li>\n<li>Il faut mesurer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement l\u2019humidit\u00e9 de l\u2019air dans les syst\u00e8mes conserv\u00e9s pour v\u00e9rifier leur application correcte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; L\u2019humidit\u00e9 relative doit \u00eatre maintenue \u00e0 30 %.<br \/>\n&#8211; Dimensionner en tenant compte de la variation de l\u2019humidit\u00e9 absolue par rapport \u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence de temp\u00e9rature avec l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur.<br \/>\n&#8211; Fonctionner en syst\u00e8me ouvert (tout air ext\u00e9rieur).<br \/>\n&#8211; Impulser l\u2019air dans les parties les plus sensibles \u00e0 l\u2019humidit\u00e9.<br \/>\n&#8211; Les conditions de l\u2019air doivent \u00eatre mesur\u00e9es \u00e0 la sortie.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3><span lang=\"FR\">HRSG c\u00f4t\u00e9 gaz<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>\u2022 La corrosion est due \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019acide sulfurique. Celui-ci est moins agressif quand sa concentration augmente\u00a0; et cette derni\u00e8re augmente quand l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re est d\u00e9shumidifi\u00e9e. Suivant les diagrammes, l\u2019humidit\u00e9 relative requise est de 5\u00a0%, toutefois l\u2019exp\u00e9rience nous indique que 20\u00a0% sont suffisants.<\/p>\n<p>Philosophie de fonctionnement\u00a0: en r\u00e9sum\u00e9, le principe de fonctionnement serait d\u2019introduire de l\u2019air sec par le c\u00f4t\u00e9 du compresseur d\u2019o\u00f9 il p\u00e9n\u00e9trerait dans la TG et de l\u00e0 le laisser sortir librement par l\u2019\u00e9chappement vers le c\u00f4t\u00e9 des gaz de la chaudi\u00e8re, qui se trouvera \u00ab\u00a0embouteill\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb (coupe-tirages de chemin\u00e9e et trous d\u2019hommes ferm\u00e9s).<\/p>\n<p>Pour obtenir une conservation efficace dans ce syst\u00e8me, en fonction des conditions atmosph\u00e9riques de pression, de temp\u00e9rature et d\u2019humidit\u00e9 relative, la machine est approvisionn\u00e9e de 3000\u00a0m<sup>3<\/sup>\/h \u00e0 6000\u00a0m<sup>3<\/sup>\/h. FISAIR vous donnera la solution optimale.<\/p>\n<p>Les pertes d\u2019air \u00e0 travers le coupe-tirages de chemin\u00e9e sont suffisantes pour maintenir l\u2019HR dans la chaudi\u00e8re, c\u00f4t\u00e9 gaz, autour de 20-30\u00a0%.<\/p>\n<p>La conservation de ce syst\u00e8me peut \u00eatre abord\u00e9e depuis deux sites\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c0 travers le pl\u00e9num d\u2019admission, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des boucliers.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 travers les purgeurs d\u2019air du compresseur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][vc_separator][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3><span lang=\"FR\">Turbines \u00e0 vapeur<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span lang=\"FR\">Toutes les pales de la turbine sont soumises \u00e0 de hautes tensions pendant le fonctionnement et sont con\u00e7ues pour la plus grande efficacit\u00e9. L\u2019attaque sans charge en forme de corrosion g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ou de mouchetage est possible dans des conditions d\u2019humidit\u00e9, et m\u00eame l\u2019acier aust\u00e9nitique y est sensible, en pr\u00e9sence d\u2019ions agressifs, particuli\u00e8rement le chlorure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"FR\">La corrosion g\u00e9n\u00e9rale diminue l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 au red\u00e9marrage et les mouchetages aux racines des lames peuvent causer des cassures aux r\u00e9sultats catastrophiques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"FR\">L\u2019air sec fourni \u00e0 la structure de la turbine et d\u00e9charg\u00e9 \u00e0 travers le condensateur supprime ces risques et pr\u00e9serve aussi le condensateur, ce qui \u00e0 son tour raccourcit le nettoyage de red\u00e9marrage du syst\u00e8me de condensation. Ce peut permettre d\u2019\u00e9conomiser au moins $\u00a0200,000 par jour pour une machine de 500\u00a0MW. Le chauffage n\u2019est pas une bonne solution, car l\u2019humidit\u00e9 qui est initialement absorb\u00e9e se condense \u00e0 nouveau quand l\u2019air entre en contact avec les pi\u00e8ces les plus froides de la machine, ce qui r\u00e9tablit le danger de corrosion. Pour certains r\u00e9servoirs, en particulier ceux de forme carr\u00e9e, la chaleur en elle-m\u00eame n\u2019est pas suffisante, car les coins sont difficiles \u00e0 chauffer \u00e0 la bonne temp\u00e9rature. Les nouvelles usines de d\u00e9sulfuration des gaz de combustion doivent \u00eatre recouvertes sur le site avec des mat\u00e9riaux qui, pour r\u00e9ussir, doivent \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9s dans des conditions d\u2019HR et de temp\u00e9rature rigoureusement contr\u00f4l\u00e9es. Un mauvais recouvrement fait que le charbon s\u2019accumule, ce qui provoque des moments d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 pendant le fonctionnement et m\u00eame la fermeture, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 lib\u00e9ration des rampes pour permettre au charbon de couler dans les moulins et la chaudi\u00e8re. L\u2019eau sera extraite du syst\u00e8me, mais la structure des tuyauteries fait qu\u2019il en restera toujours, m\u00eame quelques gouttes.<\/p>\n<p>Si cette humidit\u00e9 n\u2019est pas s\u00e9ch\u00e9e, il y aura de la corrosion dans la tuyauterie. Pour s\u00e9cher ce syst\u00e8me, il faut conna\u00eetre le volume de la tuyauterie et s\u00e9lectionner une unit\u00e9 avec le flux d\u2019air exact.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column
