The best choice for control at low dew points combined with low energy consumption, easy maintenance, and fault free operation.

Some industrial processes, and the preservation of hygroscopic materials, require working at very low humidity conditions (-40 to -60°Cdp). To achieve control at low dew points combined with low energy consumption, easy maintenance, and fault free operation, the desiccant rotor air dehumidifier is the only choice.

When humidity conditions of -70°C dew point (0.002 grams of water per kg of dry air) are required, a standard desiccant dehumidifier is unable to achieve such low levels.

Fisair has designed its DFLOW range to be capable of achieving these conditions with excellent performance and minimum energy consumption.

DFLOW dehumidifier characteristics:

    • Self-supporting structure made of stainless steel with plastic-coated panels. This ensures excellent sealing and easy cleaning.
    • Easy access to the interior for maintenance and cleaning, with appropriate safety precautions to prevent unauthorized entry.
    • Highly efficient double rotor system for quick pull down to set point, regardless of the exterior air conditions.
    • Innovative dual heat recovery system to reduce energy consumption.
    • State-of-the-art components ensure accurate control of all the required supply air parameters.
