Fisair increases production capacity in Europe

In response to continued growth and projects in different investment sectors such as indoor air quality improvement, data centers, renewable energies, and electrification of the automotive industry, Fisair is increasing its facilities in Madrid by 2,800 m2.

The project is in the final phase of municipal approval and the works will start this first quarter with an estimated duration of 8 months. The aim is to be ready with a significant increase in capacity by the beginning of 2023.

The facilities are located within the city of Madrid and right on the doorstep of the metro (line 5), suburban rail (C4 and C5), bus (T41) and easy access by bicycle from the city.

In line with our decarbonisation strategy, solar panels will be installed to cover a large part of the demand generated through renewable energy, cooling will be by HEF2E, the most efficient adiabatic coolers on the market, and chargers will be provided for employees’ electric vehicles.

The current industrial facilities in San Martín de la Vega (Madrid) will continue to operate in the same way as before.

Many thanks to the whole project team for the good ideas and effort.
