Industrial Steam Humidifier Diphusair ASC is a superheated water heat exchange humidification system

ASC series DIPHUSAIR air humidifiers work using a spiral heat exchanger.

Superheated boiler water circulates through the coil to provide the heat required to generate clean steam from drinking/decalcified or deionized water. The heat transmission process works by conduction and convection in nucleate boiling phase.

Industrial steam humidifier features:

    • Operation based on a heating coil heat exchanger, through which the superheated boiler water circulates, to provide the necessary heat to generate clean steam from the drinking water.
    • The heat transfer process occurs by conduction and convection in the nucleate boiling phase.
    • Total absence of contamination and contact between the drinking water and the superheated water.
    • Nickel plated heating coil to further increase resistance to corrosion.
    • A specific DIPHUSAIR-ASC humidifier is chosen for each application
      to ensure the desired humidity level is obtained easily, reliably and permanently, and for very reasonable operating costs.
    • A three way valve can also be used depending on the general circuit.
